Emmy award-winning actor Bruce Weitz brought character and comedy to the role of Sgt. Mick Belker in the acclaimed drama Hill Street Blues (1981-1987). The scruffy, cigar-smoking undercover officer was a beloved fixture on prime time and one of the many reasons the show snagged 26 EmmyAwards. I recently had the honor of chatting with Bruce Weitz for my podcast Whine At 9 and quickly learned that the actor is as gentle and diplomatic as Belker was impulsive and explosive. Listen to the conversation on iTunes or here on Stitcher Radio or WhineAt9.com.
