Madam and I discovered that holiday shopping here in Minnesota includes fascinating selections — everything from Norwegian lefse griddles and Swedish Dala Horses, to handmade sweaters for all our friends large and small. I might not be Swedish but I’ll have to say, those Swedes know a thing or two about knitting and baking!

I have a Dala horse from the time I went to Sweden with my parents. I don’t have a lefse griddle on even a lefse girdle.
So after they are warmed up, are they the subject of the baking???? Thanks Noah!
