Israeli Defense Force says that they caught Palestinian officials in Gaza “red-handed” defending a school used as a UN shelter with ‘human shields.’ They’ve been making this accusation for some time but only recently did they have obvious proof of it when a recent strike on the school resulted in a number of deaths of women and children while wounding hundreds more.
“We’ve long suspected them of this, and here is the proof. This school was crawling with women and children. They loaded the entire building with young people as a kind of human shield. We can’t say enough how cowardly this kind of behavior is,” read a statement from the IDF.
The statement went on to suggest that Palestinians are also attempting to protect private homes, hospitals, markets, and houses of worship with human shields as well.
