Hackers, who claim to have released names, addresses and credit card numbers of the users of the infidelity site AshleyMadison.com, have appointed themselves as “the moral judge, juror, and executioner, seeing fit to impose a personal notion of virtue on all of society.” How funny that their self-righteous code believes adultery is a sin but invasion of privacy, illegally hacking into computers and grand larceny are no big deal. This only proves that it is easy to live a moral life if you can make up the rules as you go along.
I just don’t get it Don Don’s. If I’m going to have an affair and I’m not, I’m sure as hell not going to have it with someone who can’t find like-minded individuals without having to pay to use an online database. There has to be principals involed and secretairies, etc!
Well, they can’t get me – all my infidelity, and hacking, and bad behavior goes on deep inside my very active brain noodle.
The moral high ground has now been moved underground.
The concept of minding one’s own business seems to escape some people’s understanding.
Everyone can use marital help. Site users can probably use extra marital help.
This is so wrong! If these hackers want to get names of people wanting to have affairs, they should pay the money and join the site just like anyone else. How do they expect the owners of the site to make a living? Would Thomas Alva Edison invented the light bulb if he couldn’t have gotten a patent? I think not. I weep for the future of America’s entrepeneurial–according to spell check, there is no correct spelling of that word–spirit. It’s time to bring back entrepeneurial morality. It’s just time to take back America. 🙂
I see oh Comic Chef that we are getting ready for another run for the White House? LOL So well said!
I am totally with you, Paul De Lancey. If only I could spell entreprenerial.
