As with most of my 21st Century compatriots, losing my Internet connection makes me feel like a motherless child, a long, long way from home! It also makes me feel as if I am tempest tossed upon life’s billows and makes me wonder why I feel discouraged and why the shadows fall. I think I have been singing too many hymns lately.
Let’s not be too hasty. When the internet’s down, you’ve still got movies, TV, and, dare I say it—books.
