The strange disappearance of Sugartastic Daddy John and the even stranger appearance of the reason for his disappearance.

Sugartastic Daddy John was there and then he was not there. We looked near and we looked afar but no joy – he was not in sight at all, at all. We scratched our individual heads and we scratched our collective heads but no luck – he was nowhere to be found. And then, when we were all heading to the alcohol house, the mystery became a mystery no more.

  1. Sounds like something that happens whenever the Rams make it to the SuperBowl.

  2. Funny, as always—but your introduction is impressively poetic to boot. Nice high style. Love the repetition and the parallel sentence structures. I guess there are benefits to breathing the same air as did William Butler Yeats.

    1. Thanks Bill. I was, eh, definitely going for the repetition and parallel sentence structures. Yes sir, I definitely was. There’s no doubt about that. I do make it a point (some would say “pint”) to frequent many, if not all of the pubs that Yeats drank in.
