As always we allow our employees to write our holiday wishes! From Frankie, Theo and Molly (Please read as you would the poem ’twas the night before Christmas)
’Twas the week before Christmas
And all through our home
We are barking in panic
To complete our holiday poem
We sat for our pictures
Very proper and well behaved
To prove we’re angelic
The photos we saved
When our work was done
We headed to the store
To shop for our HO family
And deliver treats and more
On squeaky toys, on tennis balls
On bully sticks too
If you don’t want our presents
There is nothing to rue.
We will gladly return our gifts (wink, wink)
Not in the least a hassle
We will mail them back to Santa
At his North Pole castle
Instead we will deliver
One big holiday lick
From all of us at HO
And even St. Nick
We appreciate you all
each day of the year
We are grateful to you
Who live far and near
Enjoy your family and friends
Food and libation
From all of us at HO
Have a magical celebration.
Well done, Frankie, Theo and Molly! Oh, and Donna too, I suppose. Have you considered reading your poem to the local fauna? Squirrels are quite emotional, which tends to slow them down making them easier prey. Not that I’m condoning such strategy at the holidays. Good to remember, though. Happy holidays!
I will read it to the squirrels. They are camped out on my bird feeder so might as well give them some dining entertainment!
Merry Christmas, Donna! Thank you for ALL you do!
Thanks Bill Spencer for being King of the Punsters! You make our comment pages come alive!
That was just grand!!! Those pups can write, baby. Happy Christmas to you, Publisher Extraordinaire and all those you love! Thanks for a spectacular 2017! Looking forward to more HO-ing with you and everyone here in 2018!
Oh writer extraordinaire, thanks for all the road trips and the fun! Can’t wait 2018
