The other day I saw a sign on the door of my bank that read, “No Dogs Allowed — Seeing Eye Dogs Exempted.” Who is this sign for?

Sadly, it is written for the self-righteous, who will try to enforce any rule if they can! But,in a similar vein, I have always wondered about the need for sign language at a music concert!
I would love to see someone sign, Guns and Roses “Welcome to the Jungle!”
