Show me someone who has never been arrested and I’ll show you a unicorn with an alcohol dependency. Some people are arrested so often that they become friends with their arresting officer and end up dressing up as unicorns and attending AA meetings together. How we act in times of adversity, determines character and different people have different reactions to being arrested. Most arresting officers have seen it all before and are used to being threatened but every once in a while, someone like Paul Brock comes along and tries to take the biscuit:

Um … I’ve never been arrested. I have gotten a traffic ticket, though. Does that make me just a plain old unicorn or perhaps a unicorn with only a caffeine addiction?
If I am a unicorn of any kind, please tell me. I hate it when there is something important about myself and I don’t know it.
Now this is awkward. I wasn’t expecting anyone to call me out over this and just don’t know what to do next. My simple mind wants me to say something unexpected, in the hope that it might make sense but only in a surreal way. If it made sense on a conscious level, it wouldn’t be cool at all, at all but no, I’m actually stuck for words and this rarely happens. This doesn’t say more about you than me, it says less about me. I don’t know how you done it but you’re obviously a legend and if you listen hard, you might just hear me applauding you!
Hannibal Lecter lives!
Well, they do say that imitation is the best form of flattery.
I can do a mean imitation of someone who doesn’t want to throw up when they hear Jon Jovi but it somehow never lasts too long!
but only in books and films!
