I rarely if ever do this, but recently I purchased a used book online as a Christmas gift for a friend. The description said the book was in good condition, and it arrived in such, so I figured I was good to go.
Until I discovered there was an inscription in the front of the book that said:
“Happy Reading! To Katie, from Grandma Radine.”
I tried to cover it up. I hope my friend doesn't notice.
Classic! The Yay! makes it for me.
The original Katie loved the book so much that she didn’t even open it, which is why it is still in “good” condition.
