Framed

As far as events with an uncertain outcome go, this was a gamble. I’ve always been the type of mocker to act first and attempt to defend my ridiculous actions later and this was no different although it always had a good chance of working, so I was hopeful in a scared type of way. Jill Y’s favorite actor is Steve Buscemi and it just so happens that I know a guy who lives next door to a girl who has lots of pictures of him. If my plan was to succeed, I would have to be quick as the window of opportunity wouldn’t be open for long. For the plan to work, I had to get Jill Y out of the house so I got a mysterious call from Scurvy Jane. I told Jill Y that Thirsty Dave was throwing stones at the scurvy one’s window again and as I went the last 67 times, it was her turn to go and sort it out. She bought it totally, utterly and wholly and went to Scurvy Jane’s place. I got to work and finished just as I heard the key in the door. She told me that there was no sign of Thirsty Dave at all and that’s when she noticed the subtle change in our pictures:

  1. You could always tell her you are starting a permanent Buscemi exhibition. Why this is a good thing, I don’t know. You’ll have to come up with a plausible reason yourself.

    1. I have to say I like this a lot Kathy. It would get me lots of brownie points. Coming up with plausible reasons for stuff is a speciality of mine. Actually, it’s my only speciality!
