Showtime’s Ray Donovan just might be headed for the big time if the buzz for Season One is any indication. With the lure of a Hollywood backdrop and dead-on casting, writing and acting, the show has more than a few hooked on the dysfunctional Boston family. It’s not typical for a psychologist to confess that she loves watching dysfunction, but I’m an entertainment analyst and fictional dysfunction doesn’t count. Here’s my online analysis for Parade Magazine.

It’s a great show but I have been missing it and Dexter because of the cable carrier contract thing. grrr I’m so behind on my show. It just got resolved this past week.
