Two Feet of Snow

When I was 5 months old, I was blessed with the ability to realize that there was no Noble Prize for predicting the weather yet this didn’t prevent me from correctly predicting the correct weather, every single day for the first 18 years of my life. People travelled from lands afar to hear my weather predictions until they realized that telephones enabled them to call instead of traveling from lands afar. When I was 12 years and 14 months old, my mother told me that I was a genius and she was right too. I soon became the ruler of 14 Eastern European countries and predicted the weather in these countries as well as my own. Then, one day when I turned 18, I told my captivated audience that the sun would be shining. Imagine my surprise when I went outside and was presented with two feet of snow:
