NYC’s Mayor Bloomberg wants to ban chocolate bars and chips from the city’s prisons in an effort to improve the nutritional habits of their “guests”. It’s just my opinion, but I bet that if we would put Mayor Bloomberg in a small cell with say, two or three PMSing female felons who were denied chocolate, he would re-think his new healthy diet policy really, really quickly.

Now, I don’t know NYC’s Mayor Bloomberg but I’d be massively surprised if you’re not right.
I’m assuming they don’t allow girl scouts to deliver Thin Mints, either?
Honestly,Mike talk about cruel and unusual punishment!
PMSing only? If they put him in a cell with ANY women, in any part of the monthly cycle, and denied them chocolate, there would be blood!
And maybe, Kathy, there is a lesson to be learned in how to rehabilitate the criminal female.
HAHAHAHA! Only if he survived!
LOL. Perhaps there is no PMS in prison.
