The NTSB has recommended an all out ban of cell phones in cars even if drivers are using bluetooth or hands free devices. Well, I would be for this ban if they also banned smoking, radios, iPods, food, drink, talking, passengers and drivers over the age of 75. Then, our roads would be really safe.
