The subtitle ‘y los hijos del averno’ means ‘and his children from Hell’.
Written in the lower right corner it says ‘Genocide Without Obstacles’.
It is a very well done and impressive satire magazine with very astute and professional writers and especially artists.
And the price per copy – 30 pesos or $1.50 US!
