I definitely prefer your outside hair.
This is EXACTLY what I look like inside and outside of air conditioning. I also have the same problem with my dress looking blurry and like it’s on fire when I step outside.

Trust me June, in this I am the queen. When you are famous at the jersey shore for your hair, you are the queen.
Think of it as an aura of light around your head.
It is not an aura of light! LOL Nice thought though Auras don’t attract bees looking for a home.
