The Kansas legislators granted final passage to a sweeping anti-abortion measure this weekend which made at least one woman say, “Toto, thank God we are not in Kansas anymore!”

Damn, it looks like the heart of the bible belt has shifted slightly north from Texas.
I sometime wonder why I still am (in Kansas), but then I realize the desire to be near my grandchildren. The heart of the country doesn’t always show much compassion!
