Why Didn’t Madoff’s Clients See It Coming?

Last week ABC aired their two-part series “Madoff” and it got me thinking. Why were Bernie Madoff’s clients so shocked that he cheated them? I mean it’s right there in his name. As in “I Madoff with all of your money.”
