The Reality Show genre has it rock bottom or at least pool bottom with ABC’s new show “Splash”. In this new production, 10 wannabe celebs, past celebs and celebs by association train for and participate in a springboard and platform diving championship
I don’t know; this seems a bit dangerous. Are these “stars” really willing to take this chance for another dip in the celebrity pool? Knowing the risks that go along with this sport, I think before long, ABC will be changing the name of this show from “Splash” to “Splat”.
I couldn’t believe it when I saw the promo for this! You can injure yourself dancing, but diving can be much worse. I think this show idea is all wet!
This is the very reason I refuse to become a celebrity!

I agree. What network exec comes up with these ideas? And where do they get their definition of the word “celebrity”? If the pool is empty, then I’ll watch.
