The weather station says its a little cold outside today and the wind chill is a little below zero.
Guess I’ll have to add a little bit of extra clothing for my run today.
First layer is the basic stuff; second layer is long pants and shirt.
Third layer is an extra sweat shirt.
Maybe time for a fourth layer? Ski pants and jacket with face mask, extra gloves, and hat.
OK, I’m ready to head out the door.
Maybe not! I can barely walk. Damn, running outside doesn’t seem to be on the schedule for today.
I’ve been polar vortexed!
OK, time to review my options.
Next step, the dread mill (for you non-runners, that’s a treadmill). Ugh
