Trump Will Confront Hurricane Milton on Tampa Beach

In an exclusive interview with Tucker Carlson on Monday night, Donald J. Trump promised to divert Hurricane Milton from Tampa, Florida by “staring it down” while standing on the city’s beach.

“I am stronger than any hurricane,” claimed the former President.  “The good people of Tampa — and they are such a beautiful, beautiful people, I must say — have nothing to fear from Milton.  My gaze is all-powerful, and when I focus it on this evil storm spawned by Kamala Harris and the Democrats, it will shrink into a light drizzle and dribble away faster than my wife can say, ‘not tonight, I have a headache’.”

Officials at the National Hurricane Center in Miami have expressed skepticism that Mr. Trump’s stare can weaken Milton.  “Anything’s possible,” noted NHC Director Michael Brennan, “but I think it’s much more likely that he’s just going to drown out there or get impaled by a traffic sign hurtling through the air.  It’s going to be very, very windy.”
