There’s no excuse for abusing upper case letters and exclamation points. Or none that I can think of. Can’t agree with you more!
People who send every mass-forwarded email to their entire address book without deleting any of the addresses in the headings are annoying, too.
I usually delete those without even opening them. There really should be email rules. I’m feeling a blog post coming on….
They really are! Sometimes I send reg exclamation point emails to my husband for no reason. Sometimes they just say “hi.”
