Airlines

Aviation experts around the world have united to issue a joint statement concerning the safety of air travel. They say that despite recent airline crashes, it is still extremely safe to fly on planes that do not end up crashing. Annoying, cramped, unhygienic, and completely irritating…but safe.

Car crashes kill tens of thousands of people each year just in the United States. Typical plane crashes usually do not end up killing any more than 300 people at a time, and there are over 7 billion people in the world. So you can see that this is a very small fraction of people. However, if you do find yourself involved in a plane that ends up crashing, odds of death do increase substantially, so experts say it’s best to avoid such flights.
