I’ve never understood it and I never will. They (people who are not me) say that Spock has no sense of humor! Of course he has a sense of humor and a great one at that. If he didn’t, why would he be doing this?

I believe he was laughing at William Shatner’s bad rug.
The one with the ears looks like his facial muscles are causing him some real pain.
In that photo, they were laughing at some futuristic joke about how fat Captain Kirk would be in his Priceline videos of the future.
Or maybe, how Nimoy would be invited to be in the latest Star Trek movies, but Shatner…not so much!
Who would have guessed that Len would turn out to be much cooler than Bill?
