After describing the haluska, pierogi lasagna and Primanti-style fries, the former Duquesne Club chef talks about his jagoff experiences with John and Rachael and advises that we should all hit the treadmill!

Patricia and her husband turned their son’s tragedy into a way to help others through Zac packs that include comforts of home to feel a little more human about the situation they are in.

16:34 Flick discusses how he has used his radio knowledge to help mold the podcast…especially with his nod to implement Rachael! Johnny Angel, Johnny Angel and the Halos, Rachael’s dad, compares the then and now of music, family and staying fresh in the industry.

23:01 Audience participation is required for Fort Pitt Bridge Twister and John and Rachael get some guests to partake in the crazy traffic jam as it unfolds in front of the packed room. Thanks to Jan Stein, Nichol Dricsoll, and Marlene Druskin—the newest Ya Jagoff apprentice—for partaking in the ‘burgh game. Then Gabi Garver and Northside’s own Willy James eat their way to winning bliss with Mary Mac’s pretzel and Jello salad pie.
