Smart! I plan for leftovers so I can get out of cooking the next meal or two–or ten. 🙂
I don’t recall us ever having leftovers when I was a kid. Granted that we didn’t have a lot of money for food, but now I’m wondering how my mother was able to figure it so exactly.
