Vanessa Hojda wasn’t a mad, one-dimensional Hollywood Actor called Nic Cage who appeared in more than 60 films, many littered with Elvis references. Nic Cage wasn’t a young lady who was hoping to find some summer work at York University. Nic Cage didn’t send a picture of himself to York University, looking for work. Vanessa Hojda did:

Oh, but human resources managers never have a sense of humor or imagination. Poor Vanessa will have to look elsewhere.
It would also be wise of her to rename the zip file containing her resume.
How cool would it be if the HR Manager called her for interview and Nic Cage walked in!
And this is why this chick was not hired…I hope but then again, I would feel badly for her and give her a shot.
If I hired everyone who sent in a CV with a pic of Nic Cage, Id have no employees!
