Charles Halt, a former US Air Force Colonel, is accusing the United States Government of a UFO coverup. I don’t see why this is startling news. I believe aliens have come down to Earth and are in every state of the union with the exception of Arizona because as the universe knows, Arizona doesn’t welcome any aliens unless they can produce papers.
