WE ALL DO it. Every New Year we look back and resolve to correct our bad habits and mend our ways. That new exercise regime lasts all of a week, and the withdrawal symptoms from social media kick in after about twelve hours so we switch on the laptop for our much needed fix of Twitter or Facebook.
Ultimately, the only resolution worth making, because it is so easy to stick to, is to make no resolutions.
