I frequently hear, and just heard today, “Thank God It’s Friday!”
I don’t see why this is necessary, as Friday has been coming right after Thursday for quite some time.
Perhaps I will be ready to send praise to the supernatural when Friday all of a sudden falls right after Sunday.
