Some say it’s about time, some say it’s too soon and most couldn’t care less but I thought it was about time I opened up the inner workings of the Bill Y mind. This procedure is rarely carried out because most say I do not have a mind but they can mind their own business and do it somewhere else with 72 cats for all I care.
