As HO readers and writers know, our office assistants, Frankie and LuLu, tackle the Christmas/Holiday message each year. This year, we had an added bonus of two snowstorms within two days which gave the “girls” inspiration for this year’s Greeting Card! As always, Betsy, Ed and I send our gratitude to all our writers, readers and friends, and we hope that you all have a blessed and happy holiday season and a wonderful New Year!
Sing to the tune of Brenda Lee’s “Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree”
Barkin’ around the Christmas tree
Let the holiday spirit sound
from pooches and pets of pedigree
To veterans of the pound
Barkin’ around the water dish
For some happy Yuletide fun
We hope you get your Christmas wish
And all your shopping done!
You will get a sentimental feeling
When you see
Wagging tails and happy paws
Ready to greet Ole Santa Claus
Barkin’ around the Christmas lights
Sending merry thoughts your way
To all who made our year so bright
Have a wonderful Holiday!
Woof Woof!
So … when’s the album coming out? I’ll bet my dog will love it!
They are now working on an audio book to their popular guide. I don’t think they sing on it though. LOL
Now the Y is not a dog person at all, at all but Frankie and LuLu totally rock.
They would be your kind of dog. Frankie would take down Bon Jovi and LuLu would be amazed by your amazing self.
I just love Frankie and LuLu Christmas songs!!
well, they love you too Deb!
Cute song and pic! Merry Christmas to the whole crew at HO; you keep our spirits bright year round!
Thanks so much Mike! A wonderful Christmas to you, Mary, Maria and the rest of the Oberg clan!
And to you. Great pic, so poised!
Poised is not what I would use to describe either of them — maybe frozen! 🙂
And a very merry Christmas to all of you and to your two happy pooches!
Back at you and your cat Kathy!
Too cute!
They are cute and I only pay them in Denta styx and glucosamine supplements!
We’ve still yet to fully recover from about two inches of ice on the ground from last Friday. Temps have been at or below freezing during the day and little human movement has been evident. But like you we too got a wonderful picture to use as a digital Xmas card. Will be posting it soon.
Dallas and snow! What a bad mix! Well, I look forward to your card too Larry!!!!
