Today in Seattle dozens of people lit up their doobies without the threat of being arrested for smoking marijuana in public. Yes, smoking marijuana is now legal for adults over 21 in Washington State. However, if you are caught with more than an ounce you can still be placed under arrest. On a more humorous side, arrest reports could now contain the phrase, “Suspect was bat-shit crazy and totally fucked up.”
