HumorOutcasts Radio – Checking in with Keith Stewart

bernadettepetershatesmefinalcover  Keith Stewart was my guest this week on Humoroutcasts Radio.  I had so much fun re-visiting with Keith and talking about all that has happened since the release of Bernadette Peters Hates Me: True Tales of a Delusional Man (HOPress, 2016)  In the last six months, Keith has done numerous signings at independent bookstores. He has also been named a finalist in the IAN Book awards,  featured in local and national media and most important, has made so many people laugh out loud as they share his life experiences.  This fall, he will be doing a book signing and reading at City Lights Books in Sylva, NC, and he has been invited to participate in the Gathering of Authors at the Frankfort Library.  We will post details of those events! Please listen to this funny interview with this incredibly talented humorist and author.  Check out his HO Author Page for details about book signings and press coverage!

A little bit about Keith:

Keith Stewart’s strange adventures usually occur near his Appalachian hometown of Hyden, Kentucky, keithphotoalthough he can be just as easily found wandering the streets of nearby Lexington at any given moment. Before he shed his corporate identity, he worked as a certified public accountant for a multi-national company. He now enjoys less stressful work with much less pay, blogs at www.astrongmanscupoftea.com, and is as happy as a clam with his husband Andy, and their two dogs, Duke and Dudley. He has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, and been published in several anthologies, Kudzu, and Pine Mountain Sand and Gravel. He is contributor for HumorOutcasts.com and the GoodMenProject.com.
