What if the very fabric of an idea was knitted before your very eyes? What if you could influence such an event? Would you intervene to make the world a better place? What if your intervention could have stopped the Star Wars prequels and you didn’t do anything about it? How could you ever live with yourself?

Is he knitting a condom or is he just happy to see me? 😉
He’s happily knitting a condom and happy to see you!
That’s a pretty big condom. I wonder if he is trying to tell us something.
You might be on to something, Starbucks is a well known place for telling people something!
Kind of like the Three Norns spinning the story of the world in Wagner’s “Die Götterdämmerung.”
Okay, I know that most of you who aren’t opera lovers won’t recognize that reference. I invite you to Google it. If you don’t feel like bothering to Google it, that’s okay, too.
Challenge accepted and after perusing Wikipedia, it seems like a damn cool story and Hagen telling Gunther that he would look more important if he got married carries a certain amount of relevance today too!
In those days, though, it seems like the traditional way to propose marriage was to kidnap the bride and hold her prisoner — at least in a Wagner opera!
I remember when I was born, back in the Stone Age, we used to pick up our club and propose in a different way too!
