Although I’m as perfect as anybody can be, I do realize that I have faults. In 1984, I bought Scurvy Jane some apple juice rather than orange juice! I know, it’s shocking but in all fairness, we were in Sweden where orange juice is called applesin. This was just too confusing and I’ve since said sorry and bought her a house as an apology. I learned so much about myself that day. I learned that it’s important to take a good look at yourself in the mirror for it’s only when we do this, do we see our true self looking back. It’s also good for fashion advice:

Does throwing underwear at a rock singer during a concert count?
I’ve never done that, but it looks like great fun.
I think that depends on the rock singer involved.
I think we all know where Bill Y is going with this!
They shouldn’t have named her Winnie. Poor girl.
That’s just cruelty personified.
Thanks for helping me see where I was going wrong. Next time I’ll throw someone else’s poo ;).
You’re so welcome and please don’t feel too bad as most of us have made that mistake. I say most, I mean most except me 🙂
This was such a touching piece that I think 12-step programs should hire you. BTW, do you buy houses for everyone as an apology? I just want to plan my future.
Thanks Don Dons, it’s gratitude like this that makes me carry on as the philanthropist that I truly am. I’m afraid the house buying only happens after monumental cock-ups so I’ve only bought a few hundred!
Thank you so much for this post, Bill. It has inspired me to stop throwing my own poo. I have a difficult road ahead of me but I know I can do it.
It takes a big man to admit to that Mario and I’ve no doubt that you’ll end up as a better person. Bill Y is proud of you bro.
